We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, customer service, or BPO, with experience in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement through strategic, data-driven, and personalized communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot, Smartico, Fast Track to execute and manage campaigns across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and others, aligned with customer journeys.
  • Manage the execution of day-to-day CRM strategies and activities through channels including email, app push notifications and in app pop up.
  • Design, build, and schedule content for email marketing and other communication platforms, focusing on customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and optimize communication templates, conduct A/B testing, and refine segmentation models to improve targeting accuracy and campaign performance.
  • Create, configure, and deploy marketing automation user journeys, tailored to customer lifecycles and CRM objectives.
    Prepare comprehensive reports on CRM and loyalty campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute and enhance loyalty program initiatives, leveraging data to suggest program improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Public Relations, Media Studies, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Fast Track, HubSpot, and Optimove is a plus.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, as data processing using formulas may be required.
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in Customer Behavior or Product Development are welcome to apply—training will be provided.
