CRM Executive (Full Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, customer service, or BPO, with experience in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement through strategic, data-driven, and personalized communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot, Smartico, Fast Track to execute and manage campaigns across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and others, aligned with customer journeys.
Manage the execution of day-to-day CRM strategies and activities through channels including email, app push notifications and in app pop up.
Design, build, and schedule content for email marketing and other communication platforms, focusing on customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
Develop and optimize communication templates, conduct A/B testing, and refine segmentation models to improve targeting accuracy and campaign performance.
Create, configure, and deploy marketing automation user journeys, tailored to customer lifecycles and CRM objectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports on CRM and loyalty campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute and enhance loyalty program initiatives, leveraging data to suggest program improvements.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Public Relations, Media Studies, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Fast Track, HubSpot, and Optimove is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, as data processing using formulas may be required.
Fresh graduates with an interest in Customer Behavior or Product Development are welcome to apply—training will be provided.

Risk Analyst (Full Time)

Join us as a Risk Analyst! Lead data analysis, risk assessment, and fraud prevention strategies to drive impactful decisions. Monitor real-time risk indicators, develop risk models, and collaborate across teams to ensure effective risk management and customer protection.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis
Collect, process, and analyze risk-related data using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to ensure accuracy and support decision-making.
Risk Assessment & Modeling
Develop and maintain risk assessment models, evaluate potential risks, and provide actionable insights to mitigate exposures.
Risk Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key risk indicators in real-time, prepare reports, identify and assess potential risks to company performance and profitability through detailed data analysis.
Fraud Detection & Prevention
Implement AI-driven fraud detection systems and strategies to prevent fraud, scams, and ensure customer protection.
Project Coordination & Implementation
Manage risk-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of risk management measures.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with other teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations Development, and IT) to align risk management strategies and ensure organizational compliance.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in risk management, internal controls, fraud, compliance, or related fields. Relevant internships or work experience in data analysis, data cleaning, data visualization, or other risk-related areas will be considered.
Familiarity with risk assessment tools and software such as Excel (VBA), Power Query, SQL, and Python.
Strong mathematical and statistical skills, with the ability to design, analyze, and interpret risk-related reports, spreadsheets, and datasets
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk exposures in complex data
Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
